Terms of Service

1. Service

CSReplays ("the Service", "we") provides automated coaching reports generated from Counter-Strike 2 demo files you upload. The Service is provided as-is.

2. Your demos

By uploading a demo, you confirm you participated in the match it records and grant CSReplays the right to parse and analyze its contents to produce your coaching report. We do not share your demos with other users, sell them to third parties, or use them to train models without explicit permission.

A demo recording inherently contains every player's actions during the match. We will not profile or share statistics about non-account-holding players outside the report we produce for you.

3. Acceptable use

• One account per person. Don't share Pro accounts.
• Don't try to circumvent rate limits or feature gates.
• Don't upload demos you didn't participate in. (We may add identity verification later.)

4. Subscriptions and billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe at $9.99/month USD. Cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds handled case-by-case at our discretion.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account anytime; we will remove your demos and personal data within 30 days, retaining only what's required for legal/accounting purposes.

6. Liability

The Service produces analysis from imperfect sources (demo files, language models). Coaching recommendations are advisory, not guaranteed. We are not liable for in-game outcomes.
